If we miss photo day, can we do a make-up date?
We highly encourage you to be present for photo day. It only takes us about 4 minutes per player, and then you're good to go. We do NOT offer or guarantee make up times. Our schedule typically stays booked solid, so finding the time is difficult. Additionally, our banner design begins immediately after photo day & they are sent to print quickly.
IF you absolutely need an individual make up day, a studio rate fee ($100) will apply & is subject to availability within 5 days only.
Can each player wear multiple uniforms?
This needs to be communicated and scheduled in advance due to scheduling constraints and extra time.
Can you add sponsor logos to banners?
Absolutely. Please email these to mgsportsphotosohio@gmail.com PRIOR to photo day with the team /league, coach and age group in the subject line. Any logos not received within 48 hours of photo day will be exempt from the banner.
Can I send you a photo to use if a player is absent?
Yes. Photo must be received within 24 hours of photo date and MG SPORTS PHOTOGRAPHY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IMAGE QUALITY. We highly encourage you to be present on photo day - if you are ill, we can make accommodations that day (as players typically do not touch any communal gear).
Can we choose our own backgrounds?
We encourage coaches to give us a general idea of what style they’re looking for, and then we take it from there & make our magic. We do not offer a “pick your background” online ordering service.
Can we order online?
Yes. Online orders are available to see both poses, but it IS $10 shipping per player.
